O-File Policy for Pixel Banner Ad Sales

Standard pixel banner ad rate is 99¢ (cents) per pixel per month.
Pixel banner ads are published based on one-month terms. Advertisers buy rights to space on a month-to-month basis.
There is no minimum purchase. However, advertisers should consider visual effectiveness of ads covering less than forty-nine pixels of space in a square configuration (7x7).
When buying pixel ad space, advertisers will not own any part of the banner, page or the site. Rather, they will be granted the right to submit an image with link that, if accepted, will then be published on the requested page in the respective space for which they have paid.
In the pursuit of optimum space allocation for the maximum number of advertisers, O-File reserves the right to move the requested location of an advertiser’s image. In that event, O-File will attempt to relocate the image as close to the original requested location as possible.
Once an advertiser has submitted an image with link, and it has been accepted, no changes can be made for the term of the publication, which normally is one month. If special arrangements have been made for a longer term, then changes may be made. O-File will do its best to accommodate such changes at its convenience with no guarantee of timeliness to replace a new acceptable image and/or link.
Once advertising images and links have been accepted and published, no refunds will be given.
O-File determines when all images and their links are to be published.
O-File determines whether any images and/or linked sites are inappropriate, obscene, or offensive. O-File has sole discretion to decide on content. Advertisers whose images or linked sites are not accepted are offered the choice of resubmitting alternative images and/or linked sites or a refund if payment has been received.
O-File reserves the right not to accept any submitted image and/or linked sight for reasons other than content or for any reason or for no reason.
If a link to an acceptable site is later changed to an unacceptable site, as determined by O-File, then the link will be disabled until an appropriate one is resubmitted and accepted. In such cases no refund or proration is given.
In order to prevent a disruption of service at the end of a term for advertisers who wish for contiguous month-to-month service, O-File will accept credit card payment with approval for automatic month-to-month billing.
Advertisers who want their published image removed from a page may make such a request. O-File will do its best to accommodate such a request as quickly as possible with no guarantee of timeliness for its removal. Absolutely no refund will be given. And, the space will be made available to the public.
Advertisers must provide formatted images in the exact size for which they have paid. (Example: 100 pixels @ 10x10 or 20x5 pixels.)
Image files must be submitted in GIF or JPEG file format only. No other file format for images will be accepted. It must also be of reasonable file size. O-File has sole discretion on what a reasonable file size is.
Animated images or flash files are not supported.
Submitters for advertisers must be authorized to transact a business relationship.
Full payment must be received and cleared prior to posting of ad images and links. After receipt of payment, advertising will be posted as soon as possible but not without the screening and vetting process.
Occasional and periodic site maintenance down time will occur but will be kept to a minimum.
O-File reserves the right to change its policy at any time without prior notice.
