What is O-File?
O-File is an online file storage and transfer system that acts as a personal remote file management utility. It is used to store, share, access and backup files. It is accessible through the Internet using any standard web browser.

Do I need to download any software to use O-File?
No. You don't have to download any software to use O-File.

When I upload a file to my O-File account, where does it go?
When you upload a file, it get placed on your Folders section. To locate your file, just click on "Folders" or use the Search feature.

How can I tell how much space I have left?
You can check your remaining space by looking for the "Unused space" graphic at the top or by going to "My Account".

I'm about to run out of storage space. How do I upgrade to a larger plan?
You can upgrade to a larger plan by clicking on 'My Account", then "Plan".

Can I share multiple files with multiple people?
Yes! You can use O-File to share one, several, or all files within a folder. You can share your files with several people at a time.

I need to locate a file. How can I do that?
Use the Search function to locate a file.

How do I recover a file from my Recycle Bin?
You can recover a file from the Recycle Bin by selecting the file, then clicking the "Restore" button.

How do I move a file from one folder to another?
You can move a file from one folder to another by using the cut and paste function. Select the file you want to move. Click the "Cut" button. Then, navigate to the folder where you want to place your file. Click "Paste".

How do I change my password?
You can change your password by going to My Account, then Plan.

How do I change my username?
You can change your username by going to My Account, then User Info.

How do I update my credit card information?
You can update your credit card info by going to My Account, then Billing Info.

How do I update my address?
You can update your address by going to My Account, then Billing Info.
